Over my career I've worked across retail, ecommerce, food and grocery, healthcare, and the public sector, finding that the most meaningful design work happens when you understand every system and process your design touches, not just the screen in front of you. Beyond shipping products, I care about building strong design teams and putting the right processes in place so good work can happen consistently, not just once.
